    HANDPHONE!

In this era of globalisation, everybody is moving fast towards the technology. one of the most famous and important technology in our daily lives is handphone aka handset. everybody in this era must have a handphone at least to make their live easier. hanphone will help us to keep in touch with others even if they are far apart from us. Nowadays handphone is not only provide us the function to stay contact with others but also provide us many other application such as camera and also a music player. it is interesting to have all that you want in only one gadget. that is why the engineers are improving the quality of the handphone in other to satisfied the needs of the customers. you don't have to any other gadget such as camera or a music player to accompany you when you want to go out. Just buy a handphone that is fully equipped with wmusic player and camera then you can go out just bring only one gadget that is handphone. life is much easier nowadays right?
so enjoy the technology by using it wisely..

investigation. i love to watch investigation drama or film. this is because it will teach us the psyhco of the human being, the scientific research and so on.

for the current time, o love this japan drama. Mr. Brain. i get this drama by download at one site, rionix site. (i'm sure ump students know this site)

in this drama, theres ips centre that doing research for the criminal case. i love to watch their technology and how they work.
besides that this drama teach me the function of the brain and how to detect human feeling or doing by look at their behaviour. this is because all of our doing is control by our brain. the brain will analyse first what we will doing before we acted. the gap of thinking and act is about 0.8 seconds.

then, our left vision will be control by our rigt brain and vice versa. so when people lie, they of course want to make it logical as its can. so, they use left brain. by using left brain, our right vision will be effect. so when the person lie, he or she will keep moving their eyes to the right side,.

so, the investigation drama or film is not just story but you can learned from it.

    Please fix me..

when you try your best but you dont succeed,
when you get what you want but not what you need,
when you feel so tired but you can sleep,
    stuck in reverse,
and the tears come streaming down your face,
when you lose something you cant replace,
when you love someone but it goes to waste,
    could it be worse?
    light will guide you home,
    and ignite your bones,
and i will try t fix you,
high up above or down below,
when you too in love to let it go,
but if you never try you never know,
    just watch and learn,
    light will guide you home,
    and ignite your bones,
and i will try to fix you,

    PIMPLES!

OMG! Pimples is one of the enemy for girls. Girls Hate pimples damn much because it makes them looks not beautiful and low in confident level. Pimples make girls' life hard and more sorrow. They will never want to go out to town if they notice that they got a pimple in their face especially. Boys will always act naughty when they see the pimples in girls' faces. So, in order to avoiding and treat pimples in your face:
    1) YOU SHOULD AVOID OILY FOOD
    2) YOU SHOULD NEVER TOUCH YOUR FACE WITH YOUR HAND THAT NOT CLEAN YET
    3) YOU SHOULD EAT MORE VEGETABLES
    4) YOU SHOULD DRINK MORE WATERS
    5) WASH YOUR FACE EVERY MORNING AFTER YOU WAKE UP FROM YOUR BAD, BEFORE SLEEP USING THE SUITABLE FACE WASH.
    6) NEVER USE ANY PRODUCT THAT ARE NOT CERTIFICATE BY THE HEALTH MINISTER.

  5. hiiiii...Flower delivery: perfect for ultra - busy modern times - one of the things that is liked by everyone and in every part of the world are flowers. No wonder people like to start their day with fresh, fragrant flowers. A commodity which has the capacity to bring smile on dullest of faces. This is exactly the reason why people spend lots of money to construct a garden in one' s home. - but decorating the home with flowers is one wish everyone wants to fulfill. Those who live in flats fulfill their dreams by arranging for flower pots. There is another advantage of flowers as well. And its value increases manifold if one gifts it to someone whose party one has given a miss. They can also be utilised as a perfect gift for someone one loves.

Soccer is a type of sport game that got the most attention from people across the world. This sport allows 22 peoples in the field at the same time. 11 peoples for each sides. The most well known player in this sport is Cristiano Ronaldo. He is the most talented player in this sport and the most expensive player in this century. Real Madrid club bought him from Manchester United to strengthen their attacking. Moreover, he is only 24 years old and that is the best age for soccer player. Their stamina and energy boost in this age and I pretty sure that Real Madrid made a correct decision to take their club to the top of the league.

Using Gold dinar as global currency.

Yes, using gold dinar as the new global currency seems to be an interesting idea. For years, the world has been trading in US dollars. Today, I read a very mind-opening article in Tun Mahathir’s blog. Tun Mahathir argues that the world should use gold dinar as global currency as its value is very stable unlike the US dollars.

It seems that we have lost faith in the US dollars as USA is currently has the national debt of 12 trillion dollars. This is due to USD being printed indiscriminately after the 1920’s America Depression. Americans believe that the depression occurred because of the lack of liquidity. Hence, Federal Reserve was given the right to print as much money as she deemed fit. As every country in the world is trading using the USD, the USD would be high demand.

Actually, USD is just plain paper backed with nothing. If the world would have cashed in their USD reserves, they would get nothing because USA can’t give them anything back. Their current USD reserves would just be waste paper instead. It is a major crisis as if the USA economic collapses, the whole world economic will collapse as every country in the world has huge USD reserves. For years, countries have been buying USD as their foreign currency reserves as they believe USD is the most stable currency, even better than their own currency.

Thus, it has been proposed that we should stop relying on USD. The USD is pegged to nothing. Unlike in other countries, the currency is issued is according to what it is valued. Meanwhile, USD only being issued based on the international demand or perception that we have to rely on it for international trading. The Federal Reserve only has 8.1 thousand tonnes of gold. Can 8.1 thousand tonnes of gold pay off the USD reserves the world has? I am afraid not. Hence, the gold dinar concept is being introduced as gold has a stable value. Gold would not be susceptible to economic meltdown as it’s not relying on any country currency. It would not depreciate according to the country economic situation.

In short, it is a very effective choice in replacing the USD as the world currency. However, this is only on the proposal stage and I hope to see a positive outcome from it.

    SINGAPORE

Why Singapore??? Singapore is the place where I was born. I used to stay there for about nine years. So, I’m quite familiar with the places there. There are many interesting places to visit in Singapore such as the Singapore Zoo Night Safari, Sentosa Island, Jurong Bird Park, Science Centre, Clarke Quay and many more. Talking about places of attraction, I admit that Malaysia has many attraction places to visit compare to Singapore but, I just want to share my knowledge with all you guys.

For your information, Singapore Zoo Night Safari Tour was the winner of Singapore Tourism Awards Best Leisure Attraction Experience. So, it is such a waste if you didn’t managed to go for the tour when you have the chance to visit Singapore. It is located at Mandai, somewhere in the east of Singapore. There are more than 50 species of animal to be observed.

Next, the Sentosa Island, Singapore’s relaxing island resort. You’ll have to take a cable car to travel to Sentosa Island. On the way there, you’ll experience panoramic views from the cable car and swoop over the water from Mt Faber to Sentosa island resort. There you can visit Sentosa’s Underwater World. You’ll be taken on a voyage to the bottom of the sea. As you walk through a transparent tunnel with close up views of more than 2,500 sea creatures.

I can talk all night long about Singapore if I want to but, I think it’s enough for now. I’ll save it for the next time.

    A VISIT FROM JAPANESE STUDENTS

during my study at SMK Bangsar, our school always receive visits from intrnational students or workers from Japan, Iran and other middle-east country. it was a good experience for me to get involve as a fasilitator during the event.

During the visit from Tokushima Commercial High School, at least 200 students from my school and the japanese school get involved in the activities handled at SMK Bangsar. Me as a tourist-guide to a japanese student, named Yui Fukuta had to manage what the interesting facts to talk about Malaysia and need to show to her anything about Malaysia including the traditional customs, varieties of foods from different races and also our traditional games such as 'batu seremban' and congkak.

it is quite difficult to interact with them since my english is not good enough and also they do not understand what we are trying to say. they have a book given by their school to them that have some sentences that commonly used by Malaysian. it is quite funny to heard them trying to speak in Malay langguage. but, i am proud with her effort. we also have a book that teach us how to speak and pronounce words in japanese language. so, me and yui happily sharing our knowledge together.

next, all of us will changing our present. i gave yui a simple keychain and one hand-made book mark. actually, i didn't know what present i should give to her. in return, she gave me two set of japanese marble game. at first, i didn't know how to play the game, but she try to teach me and i can understand the rules of the game. it is quite a simple game but still interesting to me.

during her leaving, we change our name-tag and also our school badge. i hope that i will have the experience like that on the next time.
    thank you...

    BADMINTON

Badminton is a racquet sport played by either two opposing players, singles or two opposing pairs, doubles, who take positions on opposite halves of a rectangular court that is divided by a net. Players score points by striking a shuttlecock with their racquet so that it passes over the net and lands in their opponents' half of the court. A rally ends once the shuttlecock has struck the ground, and each side may only strike the shuttlecock once before it passes over the net. The shuttlecock has unique aerodynamic properties cause it to fly differently from the balls used in most racquet sports, the feathers create much higher drag, causing the shuttlecock to decelerate more rapidly than a ball. Shuttlecocks have a much higher top speed, when compared to other racquet sports. Badminton is best played indoors. Badminton is also played outdoors as a casual recreational activity, often as a garden or beach game.

Cotton or synthetic which is better?
Cotton is actually coming from the cotton tree. The cotton is much more comfortable than synthetic because cotton is very soft and cuddly where as synthetic is very rough and uncomfortable. Cotton can absorb water and also sweat where as synthetic cannot. Synthetic produced from the combination of lots of polymers forming long chain polymers that cannot absorb water. Cotton is suitable to make cloth because it is very soft and also can keep you whether cold or hot in hot or cold day. The cotton can stores and release heat when not in use. Whereas synthetic cannot absorb water and is very sweaty during hot day. That is why cotton is much better than synthetic.

    MY LOVELY CAT

I love pets especially my lovely siamest cat. Since I was a little girl, my dad save a wild baby cat which was nearly drown in the drain. My cat is called MIMI, the 5th sibling of us in my family as what my family always say in jokes. Mimi has blue round eyes and with a black and brownish tail, nose, ears and legs. Its body is filled with dark brown and white cream colour that make it beautiful. She was actually a very fierce and wild baby cat when I first found it.Maybe because living in a new place plus its fear,Mimi at first will run like crazy to a corner to hide itself. I still remember I catch her up on my arm and slowly wipe its fur with care while singing some songs to make it calm. Now Mimi is around 10 years old and she is getting old. Mimi is super in her action to catch small insects.I ever experience waking up in the morning and saw few bloody lizards died on the floor. My cat likes to play with nylon string and it will be fun to run with the string and she follows behind, joining me in the game.My cat is a special one because sometimes she has the characteristic of human like getting jealous. Amazing right? Whenever I hold any other cats, she will run away. Mimi has her own style, she is very choosy in her food maybe because we always pampered her like small little baby in our family. Having Mimi in our family, she is seem to be one part of the family members that make us warm and cheer up each day.

My bad attitude I am the lazy person. I always done the job at the last minute. So , what will happen? I would became very stressed. I always practiced this bad attitude especially during got the assignment and during I should seat for the test. For the assignment, if I really do not have the enough time my friend would be the victim of me to finish it. If I still have the energy and not blur, I would asked them to teach me but if not I am just copy and paste. But it was different for the exam. Even I start study at the last minute but I will finish all of it by hook or by crud. This is because I really scared if I got not much in the exam. At least more than half. I would be enough for me if I really not prepared.

    MOONCAKE FESTIVAL
I had celebrated this festival with my family.
We were drink Chinese’s tea, eat mooncake, and eat some tradition’s foods.
But at this year, I not celebrated with them, just stay at university.

At this festival, we should have eat mooncake. Mooncakes have played a central role in Moon Festival traditions.
Why Chinese eat mooncake at this festival?
Now, I want to talk the story about the mooncake.

In the Yuan dynasty, established by the invading Mongolians from the north. The Mongolians subjugated the Han Chinese.

Han Chinese leader named Liu Fu Tong devised a scheme to arouse the Han Chinese to rise up against the ruling Mongols to end the oppressive Yuan dynasty.

He sought permission from Mongolian leaders to give gifts to friends as a symbolic gesture to honor the longevity of the Mongolian emperor.

These gifts were round mooncakes. Inside, Liu had his followers place pieces of paper with the date the Han Chinese were to strike out in rebellion on the fifteenth night of the eighth month.

Thus Liu got word to his people, who when they cut open the mooncakes found the revolutionary message and set out to overthrow the Mongols, thus ending the Yuan dynasty.

Today, far from the exotic and heroic legends, Chinese communities all over the world make and consume mooncakes during the traditional autumn Moon Festival.

Nowadays, the world are getting worst day by day, destruction, pollution, natural disasters, social problems n etc make the world cannot hold anymore the stress that been given 2 it. Until one day the destruction that been done by the people's hand themselves will be end with the destruction day that no one can escape from it. The people that follow the god words will be save from the hectic day of Yaumul Qiyamah (day of judgment). the one whosoever disobey him will be in the unconscious whe the are no acceptable repent and there are no place and people that we can rely on.

So we have to check ourselves, wheter our amaal is enough or not to see ourcreator, and check whether our aqidah(believe)is true or not so not we will not regret at the day after death, the judgment day (akhirat).

  25. Once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings lived: Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge, and all of the others, including Love. One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all constructed boats and left. Except for Love.

Love was the only one who stayed. Love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment.

When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help.

Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat. Love said,
"Richness, can you take me with you?"
Richness answered, "No, I can't. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you."

Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. "Vanity, please help me!"
"I can't help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat," Vanity answered.

Sadness was close by so Love asked, "Sadness, let me go with you."
"Oh . . . Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!"

Happiness passed by Love, too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her.

Suddenly, there was a voice, "Come, Love, I will take you." It was an elder. So blessed and overjoyed, Love even forgot to ask the elder where they were going. When they arrived at dry land, the elder went her own way. Realizing how much was owed the elder,

Love asked Knowledge, another elder, "Who Helped me?"
    "It was Time," Knowledge answered.
"Time?" asked Love. "But why did Time help me?"
Knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, "Because only Time is capable of understanding how valuable Love is."

    Nokia 5800

The Nokia 5800 is a smartphone and portable entertainment device by Nokia.Code-named the "Tube," it is the first touchscreen-equipped S60 device by Nokia. It's part of the XpressMusic series of phones, which emphasizes music and multimedia playback. The touchscreen features tactile feedback (though it doesn't utilize Nokia's upcoming Haptikos technology.)

The 5800 has a compatibility mode for Java applications that are not touchscreen-aware. It works by using part of the screen for displaying the essential buttons required by the program.

On January 23rd 2009, Nokia announced it had shipped the millionth 5800 XpressMusic device, even though it still had not been fully released worldwide. In Nokia's Q1 report released on April 16th, 2009 it was announced they had shipped 2.6 million units during the quarter, with cumulative shipments of more than 3 million units since the smartphone's launch in late November 2008. Q2 results released July 16, 2009 reports 3.7 million units shipped during the quarter and more than 6.8 million units total have shipped since the release.

After firmware V20, the 5800 Xpress Music has a higher CPU speed from 369MHz to 434MHz to match Nokia 5530 and N97 specification. However, huge improved overall performance can be observed at firmware V30.

    Pirates Of the Carribean

Pirates of the Carribean is a series of adventure films that I like most. There were three series: The Curse of the Black Pearl, Dead man's chest and at world's end.

The first series was about a daughter of the Governor of Port Royal(Elizabeth Swann), is kidnapped by the crew of the Black Pearl, led by Captain Hector Barbossa, in order to release a curse placed on them after stealing Aztec gold. So, Willian turner with Jack Sparrow together to save Elizabeth from Capt. Barbosssa.

The second was about a powerful and ruthless East India Trading Company agent (Lord Cutler Beckett), arrests Will and Elizabeth for aiding Jack Sparrow's escape in the previous movie. Beckett however offers clemency if Will agrees to search for Sparrow and his magical compass. At the same time, Sparrow tries to release himself from an old debt with villainous Davy Jones.

The third one was about Jack Sparrow was locked in Davy Jones's locker. Cutler was already control over Davy Jones and made him to be the powerful man in the sea. So, to combat the East India Trading Company, Will Turner, and the crew of the Black Pearl goes rescuing Jack Sparrow from Davy Jones' Locker, because he is one of the nine pirate lords needed to summon an ancient goddess. Then, there were a war between East India Trading Company with nine pirate lords.

In the end, Davy Jones was dead and William Turner had control over the Flying Dutchman ship. Will had taken the curse of the Flying Dutchman cause him can't land for 10 years. For me, this movie was the greatest among the movies that I already watvh before. In the sites state there will be the next series of POTC,really? I hope its true.

Do you know how to catching a hen or cock? For me, it is quite tough job because the catcher must have a skill... For this comment, I want to share my experience on how to catch a hen and cock. One day, my uncle asked me to catch chicken for sale to his customer. On that day also I don’t have any experience in catching chicken. I felt so afraid to get near the chicken and then catch it because I think if I catch it, it will peck me with its sharp beak (actually not sharp as I think. hehehe.)Because of that, I was scold by my uncle because I didn’t catch any hen or cock in 5 minutes. After I was scolded by him, then he teach me how to catch the chicken. This is the several steps...
    1. Attract the chicken to come to us by give them their special food like crude corn.
    2. Let the chikens calm to eat.
    3. Slowly, target the nearset chicken that nearest
    4. With a high speed of hand, catch the chicken on its leg or its wings or its body.

If you do not want use this ways, you also can catch the chicken directly with chase it until it exhausted and then catch it … Its is easier to catch a 'ayam daging' or 'ayam telor' than 'ayam kampung' especially the cock types... anyhow, this is my precious experience... thanx for reading.

Lately I always feel stress and tension. I also dont know why. Maybe because final exam is just around the corner or because I always feel lonely and not confortable in here. Maybe no one know my feeling.

Maybe few of my friends noticed something different about me as I did not seem happy go lucky and cheerful like before. Sometimes when I moody my friends also affected. Sometimes I also easily become angry and my friends be the victim of my bad tempered.

Sometimes, I feel want to change to another University. Private university perhaps as I think I cannot stand in here for 4 years. But, I will think about it first and make the wise decision as I dont want to make wrong decision that i will regrate it for whole my life. I also have to consider my friends feeling.

I want to tell the truth that I really hate someone in my class. I think everybody knows who he is as they also do not like him. We really annoyed with his attitude that is like he was so perfect and like he knows everything. So I hope if this someone will change his attitude before its to late and everyone not only in our section but section36 will banned him. Sorry, if my statement make someone hurt but that the truth.

Last Monday ago, I went to Symbion program. The word Symbion stand for Symposium on Biotechnology. The program was held from 8 am to 5 pm. Actually I’m not interested to attend that program but as a Biotechnology student, we are compulsory attend that program. Luckily the breakfast was served to us and it make me cool down for a while because I could get a free breakfast on that morning and I could save my money on that day. After that, the program was continued in the lecture hall. We have a talk about Yakult drink. And now, I would to share about what I know about Yakult based on the program. Yakult is a high quality probiotics in the form of a cultured milk drink. Yakult contains the probiotic bacteria ‘Lactobacillus casei Shirota’ (also called the ‘Shirota strain’). With over 30 billion live Shirota strain in each bottle, Yakult has among the highest concentrations of probiotics on the market. The Shirota strain is scientifically proven to be among the ‘strongest’ strains of beneficial bacteria, and has been scientifically proven to benefit human health. Drinking Yakult daily has been shown to help improve bowel movement maintain the balance of intestinal flora, reduce harmful substances and strengthen the immune system. Currently, there are two products from the Yakult range of cultured milk drinks, namely, Yakult Ace and Yakult Ace Light (a lower calorie version).

  32. Eating chocolate makes us feel good. But why exactly? Is it the taste? Is there something inside the chocolate? Researchers are trying to answer all these questions.

This is what they do know: chocolate contains more than 500 natural chemical compounds, some of which have been categorized as mood-elevating and pleasure-inducing.

Following is a list of the compounds believed to have some effects on the brain.

    Caffeine:
Chocolate contains relatively small amounts of caffeine, about as much as a cup of decaffeinated coffee. A 1.5 ounce milk chocolate bar has 11 mg of caffeine, while a similar-sized dark chocolate bar has 27 mg of caffeine. In contrast, a 12-ounce mug of coffee has 200 mg.

    Phenylethylamine (PEA):
This compound may be responsible for some of the pleasurable feelings you get after eating chocolate because it releases natural feel-good chemicals called endorphins in your brain. PEA is released by the brain when people are falling in love.
