    A BOX FULL OF KISSES

The story goes that some time ago, a man punished his 3-year-old daughter for wasting a roll of gold wrapping paper. Money was tight and he became infuriated when the child tried to decorate a box to put under the Christmas tree. Nevertheless, the little girl brought the gift to her father the next morning and said, "This is for you, Daddy."

The man was embarrassed by his earlier overreaction, but his anger flared again when he found out the box was empty. He yelled at her, stating, "Don't you know, when you give someone a present, there is supposed to be something inside? The little girl looked up at him with tears in her eyes and cried, "Oh, Daddy, it's not empty at all. I blew kisses into the box. They're all for you, Daddy."

The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little girl, and he begged for her forgiveness.

Only a short time later, an accident took the life of the child. It is also told that her father kept that gold box by his bed for many years and, whenever he was discouraged, he would take out an imaginary kiss and remember the love of the child who had put it there.

In a very real sense, each one of us, as humans beings, have been given a gold container filled with unconditional love and kisses...

from our children, family members, friends, and God. There is simply no other possession, anyone could hold, more precious than this.

    A HEALTY HEART
Smaller than your fist, your muscular heart just goes on and on. It will beat more than 60 times a minute for 70 years or more. That’s something that most of us take for granted. But it’s an amazing fact.
Sixty times a minute for 60 minutes is 3,600 times. What physical thing can most of us do 3,600 times in one hour? Blink? Maybe. Tap our fingers on the desk? Nope. Jump up and down? Certainly not! But our heart keeps beating, hour after hour. Every day, it pumps almost 2,000 gallons of blood through our blood vessels. It takes you about five years to drink 2,000 gallons of water.
And, unlike your knees or your back, your heart does all this work without ever complaining! You never know that it’s even there. Your heart is such a reliable “silent partner” that people forget to care for it. For many, the first indication that their heart isn’t functioning properly is a fatal heart attack! Over 650,000 Americans die annually of some kind of heart disease. Cancer kills 560,000, stroke kills 143,000, and accidents kill 118,000 Americans annually.
Like accidental deaths, many heart disease-related deaths can be avoided if people simply follow the advice of the experts. Unfortunately, most people seem to listen to a little voice in their head that says, “It won’t happen to me.” So these people keep on smoking and drinking. They continue to eat too much meat. And their only “exercise” is getting off the sofa to get something out of the refrigerator

    p/s : love your heart

  6. A frail old man went to live with his son, daughter-in-law, and a four-year old grandson. The old man's hands trembled, his eyesight was blurred, and his step faltered. The family ate together nightly at the dinner table. But the elderly grandfather's shaky hands and failing sight made eating rather difficult. Peas rolled off his spoon onto the floor. When he grasped the glass often milk spilled on the tablecloth. The son and daughter-in-law became irritated with the mess. "We must do something about grandfather," said the son. I've had enough of his spilled milk, noisy eating, and food on the floor. So the husband and wife set a small table in the corner. There, grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed dinner at the dinner table. Since grandfather had broken a dish or two, his food was served in a wooden bowl. Sometimes when the family glanced in grandfather's direction, he had a tear in his eye as he ate alone. Still, the only words the couple had for him were sharp admonitions when he dropped a fork or spilled food. The four-year-old watched it all in silence.
One evening before supper, the father noticed his son playing with wood scraps on the floor. He asked the child sweetly, "What are you making?" Just as sweetly, the boy responded, "Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and mama to eat your food from when I grow up." The four-year-old smiled and went back to work. The words so struck the parents that they were speechless. Then tears started to stream down their cheeks. Though no word was spoken, both knew what must be done. That evening the husband took grandfather's hand and gently led him back to the family table.
For the remainder of his days he ate every meal with the family. And for some reason, neither husband nor wife seemed to care any longer when a fork was dropped, milk spilled, or the tablecloth soiled. Children are remarkably perceptive. Their eyes ever observe, their ears ever listen, and their minds ever process the messages they absorb. If they see us patiently provide a happy home atmosphere for family members, they will imitate that attitude for the rest of their lives. The wise parent realizes that every day that building blocks are being laid for the child's future.
Let us all be wise builders and role models. Take care of yourself, ... and those you love, ... today, and everyday!

  7. Once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings lived: Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge, and all of the others, including Love. One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all constructed boats and left. Except for Love.

Love was the only one who stayed. Love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment.

When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help.

Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat. Love said,
"Richness, can you take me with you?"
Richness answered, "No, I can't. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you."

Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. "Vanity, please help me!"
"I can't help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat," Vanity answered.

Sadness was close by so Love asked, "Sadness, let me go with you."
"Oh . . . Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!"

Happiness passed by Love, too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her.

Suddenly, there was a voice, "Come, Love, I will take you." It was an elder. So blessed and overjoyed, Love even forgot to ask the elder where they were going. When they arrived at dry land, the elder went her own way. Realizing how much was owed the elder,

Love asked Knowledge, another elder, "Who Helped me?"
    "It was Time," Knowledge answered.
"Time?" asked Love. "But why did Time help me?"
Knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, "Because only Time is capable of understanding how valuable Love is."

The Pencil Maker took the pencil aside, just before putting him into the box.

"There are 5 things you need to know," he told the pencil, "Before I send you out into the world. Always remember them and never forget, and you will become the best pencil you can be."

"One: You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in Someone's hand."

"Two: You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, but you'll need it to become a better pencil."

"Three: You will be able to correct any mistakes you might make."

"Four: The most important part of you will always be what's inside."

"And Five: On every surface you are used on, you must leave your mark. No matter what the condition, you must continue to write."

The pencil understood and promised to remember, and went into the box with purpose in its heart.

Now replacing the place of the pencil with you. Always remember them and never forget, and you will become the best person you can be.

One: You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in God's hand. And allow other human beings to access you for the many gifts you possess.

Two: You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, by going through various problems in life, but you'll need it to become a stronger person.

Three: You will be able to correct any mistakes you might make.

Four: The most important part of you will always be what's on the inside.

And Five: On every surface you walk through, you must leave your mark. No matter what the situation, you must continue to do your duties.

Allow this parable on the pencil to encourage you to know that you are a special person and only you can fulfill the purpose to which you were born to accomplish.

Never allow yourself to get discouraged and think that your life is insignificant and cannot make a change.

    Where the light is...
    Here we are again
    standing on this corner.
    concrete thicker than glass
    colder than ice.
we have no where to go now.

    Strangers we were
once the stars hid behind the moon.
I can't see where the light is
    I hate this deep darkness
    feels like it's crushing down
on us like we're caught in someones
    grasp, squirming to get free.

Freedom what a sweet dream to behold.

I wonder what crosses your mind
    as you stare blankly ahead
wishing you would hold my hand
    just this one time.

    We're still watching the trees
    sway and the sky sparkle
but I want to feel the heat of
the sun. The heat of your skin
against mine. I wish my mind would
speak and stop letting my lips
    talk. I'm wasting time as
    the moon rises higher.

    We run out of space
to move and decide to settle upon
a grassy plain. I'm about to give
up and let my feeling recede to the
back of my unconscious soul when you
lean over and tell me you love me.

These three words help me see
    where the light is...

  10. Continue with my secret…
    Secret of nature…

I have a very strong sense about the secret of this universe…

Every or each human is the same-creature that being create by god to pleasure the earth. No matter what race you are and dignity or even the color of hair and skin,
    we are the same.

Forgive me to say without prove,
I think each believe is the same…
Even bible and al-Quran have same contents,
What they say about Adam and Hawa…
Just because of influence by geographical,
Culture and believe have been change a bit…
But still we believe in god…

    What have change us?
    Morality inside us…
    People become
    Selfish,
    Ego,
    Greedy,
    And so…

Why some so consider about their right??
    Why some so materialistic??
Why some so care about the status, power and property they own??

All this change and transform each of us into bloodless person…

  11. It was late and Charlie was about to climb into bed when his wife informed him that there was a light on in their garden shed. Charlie started to go outside to turn off the light but noticed some people in the shed who were busy stealing his things.

He ran back inside right away and called the cops, who asked him "Are there any intruders in your house?" to which Charlie replied no and explained his circumstances. The cops told Charlie that all patrol cars were otherwise occupied, and that he should just lock his door and a uniformed cop would be at his house when one was free.

Charlie answered, "Alright," hung up, waited 30 seconds, and then called the cops again.

"Hello, I just called a short while ago because there were people stealing things from my shed. I want to let you know that they're not a problem anymore because I've just shot every one of them."

Charlie then hung up the phone. In five short minutes, three patrol cars, a SWAT team, and an ambulance arrived, and Of course, the cops caught the burglars in the act.

One of the cops snapped at Charlie: "I thought you said that you shot every one of them!"

"I thought you said there were no patrol cars free!" Charlie answered.

    Ghost...
What are you thinking when hear this word? Are you afraid or none? If you ask me either I afraid of a ghost or not, I will tell you that I afraid of ghost. But, do you ever see a real ghost? Some people might have seen once, right? So do I. Let me tell you a story that until now I remember.

It happened when I was studying at Matriculation College. My friends and I were stayed up until morning to study. After study until 3 am in the morning, my friends and I went to the toilet to brush teeth and washed face before sleep. For your information, the way to go to the toilet from my room was far. I have to pass stair first then 3 rooms and finally reached to the toilet.

After finished brush teeth, my friends went to the room first then followed by me. I was the last person went back to the room. For your information too, I liked to see a stair either in a day or night. When I reached to the stair, I looked and suddenly I saw ‘something’ on the stair. I suddenly turned back my head and quickly went to my room. I went bed and do not told anyone what was I saw that night until the next day.

I told my friend what I saw yesterday night and they all so surprised. But we do not tell anybody else because we want to forget it. That was not the first experience I can see a ghost. But this is the most remembered experience in my life.

    The Survey
"Good afternoon madame. My name is Walter and I am with W.O.O.P radio station, better know as WOO-P. Perhaps you have heard about us".

The elderly lady squinted over her glasses and in a squeaky voice slowly answered "yes I have".

"Today I am talking to people on the street. Do you mind if I ask you a few personal questions? You don't have to answer if you don't want to".

"I really don't mind" she said.

"Would you mind telling our listening audience how old you are?"

"I will be 97 next month".

"My goodness that is wonderful. How long have you been a widow?"

"I'm not a widow young man-----".

"You mean to tell me that your husband is still alive?"

    "He sure is".

    "How old is he?"

    "109" she answered.

"I have also wanted to ask an older couple a very personal question but I must tell you that it is of a very delicate nature. What our listening audience is waiting to hear is the answer to the question do you and your husband have mutual climax?"

She thought for a moment and replied "no I think we have State Farm!!!"

What will you do when you feel sad or anger??
How do you express your feeling? I know there are some people who have a personal diary where all the secrets are keep inside the diary. When they feel anger or sad I'm totally agree that they will write it in the diary. But, it vice versa with me. I have no diary and if I have so I will not write it in my diary because it will take a lot of my time and I think it just a waste. When I feel sad, I will release it by crying. Then, after I can control my feeling and I feel relieved, I will write a poem in my handphone. But, after I read the poem twice, I will delete it.haha... Meanwhile, if I feel anger and I know that is not my fault I will think about it again and again. Although , that is not my wrong , I still blame myself. See I'm totally different with the others. So what do you think about me... It is the uniqueness of me??hehe ..

One day a young man was standing in the middle
of the town proclaiming that he had the most
beautiful heart in the whole valley. A large
crowd gathered and they all admired his heart
    for it was perfect.
There was not a mark or a flaw in it.
Yes, they all agreed it truly was the most
beautiful heart they had ever seen.
The young man was very proud and boasted
more loudly about his beautiful heart.

Suddenly, an old man appeared at the front of
the crowd and said, "Why your heart is not
    nearly as beautiful as mine."

The crowd and the young man looked at the
old man's heart. It was beating strongly,
but full of scars, it had places where pieces
had been removed and other pieces put in, but
they didn't fit quite right and there were
several jagged edges. In fact, in some places
there were deep gouges where whole pieces
    were missing.

The people stared -- how can he say his heart
    is more beautiful, they thought?
The young man looked at the old man's heart
and saw its state and laughed.

"You must be joking," he said.
"Compare your heart with mine, mine is perfect
and yours is a mess of scars and tears."

"Yes," said the old man, "Yours is perfect
looking but I would never trade with you.
You see, every scar represents a person to
whom I have given my love - I tear out a piece
of my heart and give it to them, and often
they give me a piece of their heart which fits
into the empty place in my heart, but because
the pieces aren't exact, I have some rough edges,
which I cherish, because they remind me of the
love we shared. "Sometimes I have given pieces of my heart
away, and the other person hasn't returned
a piece of his heart to me. These are the
empty gouges -- giving love is taking a chance.

Although these gouges are painful, they stay open,
reminding me of the love I have for these people too,
and I hope someday they may return and fill the
space I have waiting. So now do you see what true beauty is?"

The young man stood silently with tears running
down his cheeks. He walked up to the old man,
reached into his perfect young and beautiful heart,
and ripped a piece out. He offered it to the old
    man with trembling hands

The old man took his offering, placed it in his heart
and then took a piece from his old scarred heart and
placed it in the wound in the young man's heart.
It fit, but not perfectly, as there were some jagged edges.
The young man looked at his heart, not perfect
anymore but more beautiful than ever,
since love from the old man's heart flowed into his.
They embraced and walked away side by side.

This day i want share you a funny story about
a smart kid that wanna to know her family.

9-year-old Emily was given an assignment in school to write a story on "My family's ancestors" The purpose was for the kids to understand their heritage.

In search of some answers for her assignment Emily proceeded to interview her grandmother who was not aware of the reason for Emily’s questions.

When she asked her grandmother, "Granny, where did I come from," her grandma being quite nervous about talking with a kid about such a touchy subject in the absence of her parents wanted to buy some time and replied, "Well, sweetie, the stork brought you." Hoping that the subject would be dropped until Emily's parents came back she said no more.

"So, where did Mom come from?"

    "The stork brought her also."

"Well, then where did you come from?"

"The stork brought me too, sweetie."

    "All right, thanks, Granny."

Emily's grandmother did not think anything more about this incident until three days later when she was tidying up and looking at Emily’s desk, read the first sentence of her paper, "For three generations there have been no natural births in our family."

    Things that amaze me..

To watch a Hindu devotee carry a kavadi is something that amazes me. It is incredible how he can walk around without any apparent harm his body is skewered with dozen of needles and his cheeks pierced completely through by an iron rod six feet long. What manner of magic or physical phenomenon is this? Modern science and medicine certainly cannot explain this, but that which defies explanations happens before my eyes. I am amazed.
Perhaps, modern science and medicine just turn a blind eye to the whole thing and pretend it does not happen, or say it is sheer trickery. I do not know, but I am certainly amazed. Another thing that amazes me is the night sky. On a clear moonless night, the night sky is something else to behold. Sparkling stars by the millions fill the black sky above. How in heaven did these stars get to be there? What are they made of and would it not be wonderful if I could travel among them? These are all statements of my wonder with the magnificent universe. Actually, many modern people do not even get to glimpse at the great wonder outside their houses at night. They are too busy watching television or doing something else. I never miss a chance to gaze at the natural wonder and feel the amazement within me. The last but not least amazing thing I shall describe is human body. I have a human body and it does amazing things. I once tried to balance a doll on its feet and I could not succeed. It suddenly dawned on me at that instant how incredibly sophisticated my body was. I had no trouble standing, in fact, I have no trouble walking, running and doing others thing. I amazed by the abilities of my body and the abilities of the other bodies that I see around me. They are fantastic machines. So it would appear that amazing things are all around us, are us. The fact that we have life and can perceive the things of existence with such clarity is amazing. It is amazing that I am alive on this glorious planet which unfortunately getting into a bad shape because of people who are not amazed by it, polluting it and killing it. Perhaps, one day they will see their own amazement with life and desist from destroying our amazing earth.

    RECIPE FOR SUCCESS....

Are you ready for a simple recipe for success? The ingredients include motivation, knowledge, advice from those who have succeeded, and imitation of successful thoughts and actions. These are the proportions:

    One part knowledge.
    One part self awareness.
    A pinch of success advice.
    Ten parts emulation of success.

Mix your knowledge and self awareness into your emulation of the thoughts and behaviors of the successful. Sprinkle lightly with advice from those who have succeeded before you. Heat this mix with your own motivation. Cook for several months or decades, until done, and then repeat the process.

    Knowledge...

This part of the success recipe should be obvious, but then many people look for shortcuts here. You can't study stocks for a few days and know enough to consistently beat the market. You can't pick up a pen for the first time and write a best-selling novel. Do your homework.

    Success Advice...

It might seem like a great idea to ask for advice from those who are successful. It might even work - if you are lucky. The problem is that many successful people are too busy being successful to really study and understand how they got that way.
Listen to what successful people say. They have countless valuable lessons to teach you. Just be careful in picking the true lessons out of the opinions, idealizations and ego reports.

    Emulation Of Success...

This is the most important ingredient in this success recipe. Rather than doing what successful people say, do what they do. This is how you can really learn success. Naturally you have to look closely and apply a little brainpower to see what they are really doing that is causing their success.
Read between the lines when hearing advice. Listen for insight into how the person thinks, and how she approaches her challenges. The advice of a successful basketball player may be just to practice more, but suppose he casually mentions "I saw that going in," after a great shot. Perhaps it's time to start visualizing your shots going in.
Sometimes you can't quite get what is causing a person's success. It's more important to do the right things than to understand why they are the right things. To understand is great, but at first, it is often best to just copy many of the actions, attitudes and approaches of someone who is succeeding. Model success, even before you understand it.

    Self Awareness And Motivation...

Of course, there are the very real parts of your personality that have to be considered. We are all different. You have to adapt what you learn to your own personality. However, you have to do this without using your own uniqueness as an excuse for not doing what is necessary. Excuses can be very subtle. This is where self awareness becomes so important.
We are also all motivated differently. A successful man who is motivated by the desire to escape poverty and have security is not operating the same way as one who gets rich chasing after dreams of boats and expensive homes. One of them will be more useful to you, depending on how you are motivated. This is just another example of where self awareness comes into the recipe. Learn the mental mechanics of your own motivations. It is an important part of this success recipe.

    Steps to live happily=)

Don't listen to what people say because there's always going to be that one person who doesn't like you.

Don't take your self so seriously. Live life and go with the flow. So what if you're not important in your job or at school, you're still a human being and everyone's important.

Always think of the bright side of things. Look for the silver lining. Even if it's not readily apparent you might see it later.

Love yourself. If you love yourself, you'll love your life. You don't have to be conceited but just remember you have got great qualities.

Don't get jealous of other people. So what if someone has more going on for them in their life than yours. Just remember that you have something special about you too.

Get a hobby and have something going on in your life all the time. Don't just be at home bored.

Try to make yourself look good for you and not for anyone else. This is very hard to do but just remember it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks but you, because it's your life to live and they already have their own.

Have fun with everything you do. Some people might find this annoying but then try and find friends who want to have fun just like you.
    Think positive.

    (Tips)

Don't become friends with people who don't like you being you because then you will make things difficult on yourself always trying to impress that person.

Live life for all it's worth because as sad as it is you are not promised tomorrow today.

No matter what you are doing it can be fun. Whether you are doing your homework or cleaning up the bathroom. Make a joke about it. If you think about it homework can be fun and funny.

And last but not least: take good care of yourself.

    (Warnings)

Take some things in life seriously like if a friend is having a hard time listen to her/him, don't just let it go because it's bad morale. Try to make her feel good too.

Some people might get mad at you for being so happy and living a stress-free life and will try and rain on your parade. Just remember it's always fun to dance in the rain. In other words, don't let that person get what they want or else you might end up sad and depressed just like them.

    (Things You'll Need)

    Stress ball,
    Some teddy bears,
Every once in a while a nice hot bath to wash your worries away,
Cup of tea and a group of really good friends
    okey thanks

    thank u. love, sarah.

  24. The Inspirational Essay "(D)anger"

Anger is only one letter short of danger.

    Anonymous

Anger is a chosen emotion. We must all take responsibility for that. We can, instead, choose peace of mind.

Many won’t like to hear that they have chosen anger. They prefer to think it just somehow happens to them. Maybe it comes from somewhere out there, or something.

It is not good enough to say, "I can’t help how I feel." The truth is a resounding "yes, you can." Further, if you couldn’t help how you feel, who could? To whom have you given control over you? Is someone or some-thing using mind-control on you?

You have the amazing power and ability to choose how you feel, what your emotions will be, at any given moment. And isn’t it wonderful? No one can take control of you, unless you allow it.

I'm very frustrated, you know why. This month I've lost my handphone. How it could be. I thinkmy hand phone looked very ugly because it to old. But still have a person who take my hand phone. I think that person is very unlucky person. How dare he/she do that to me.

i really misses my hand phone, even though it look very old but it was multifunction hand phone for me. I wake up every morning by using that hand phone alarm clock.

I hope the person who take my hand phone will returnit back to me. Because that hand phone contains a lot of my memories.

    Sad condition.

You will need a t shirt

    step:

    1. Lay it flat - Lay the T-shirt so that it is completely flat and is side on to you

    2. Pinch one - Draw an imaginary line with your finger across the middle of the T-shirt, stopping short of the edge. Pinch the T-shirt between your thumb and forefinger of your left hand at this point.

    3. Pinch two - With your other draw a line directly up the T-shirt and pinch the T-shirt on the shoulder seam of the T-shirt directly above this point again.

    4. Pinch three - Bring Pinch 2 down behind your hand and pinch T-shirt at the bottom directly beneath the two pinches and pinch the bottom along with your original pinch, again making sure that you have gripped the front and back of the T-shirt fabric. You should now have the top and bottom of the shirt pinched between the thumb and forefinger of your right hand - your hands should be crossed..

    5. The flick - Keeping a firm pinch with both hands uncross your hands. Bring Pinch 1, in your left hand up and away. You should now have the T-shirt Hanging down from your two hands.

    6. The flop and fold - Lower the T-shirt, sleeve first back onto your flat surface, creating a fold on the T-shirt that is symmetrical with the line between your original two pinches, then bring the T-shirt down flat.

    Salam and good evening everyone....

Its been a very hard time to get through this life when you was 21 years old. Everything must be think seriously. From now on, I feel very stress. There're so many issues to be considered. Study, family. friends, money...everything.

I really need space for myself to control my emotion. I don't want to get angry to anyone but its look like it now. I cannot stand people that say they want to succeed but they did nothing. I'm tired of listening to people that always regret with what they did but they ignore changes. I am sick with people that always blame others for their own wrong.

Sometimes, I want to be selfish but I just can't. I want to help people but I need help too. I'm totally confious with myself.

After take a deep breath, hardly and smartly thinking...I've make my decision..I will through all my life without saying anything. The only thing I need now is...be patient. I'm hundred percent sure that at the end of my sacrifise I'll get something that I can't buy with all the money I have.

I just want to share what I feel and for those who understand what is this all about...please, do pray for my succeed and for those with all the characteristic I hate above...please change for your own good.

" Don't you ever think about changing people when you're ignore to change "

    Daaaa~

  29. The article that I read is 'Living Room Decorating Ideas'. I was very interested in home decoration as I love staying at home. So, I had read a lot of articles about it.

This article told me that the choosing of wall colour and carpet or floor is very important. It is because it will effect the matching with the furniture.

Besides that, the positioning of the furniture also must right. For an example, always hang mirror in such way that guest do not see their reflection in them all the time.

In addition, I got ideas on making living room look life by adding some flora at the corner.Or, I can hang big picture or make murals on the wall.

And the last one is the lighting style in the living room should be both general and diffused
