    21 Guns By Greenday...
Try to understand the lyrics okay..;)

Do you know what's worth fighting for?
When it's not worth dying for?
Does it take your breath away
    And you feel yourself suffocating?

Does the pain weigh out the pride?
And you look for a place to hide?
Did someone break your heart inside?
    You're in ruins

    One, 21 guns
Lay down your arms, give up the fight
    One, 21 guns
Throw up your arms into the sky, you and I

When you're at the end of the road
And you lost all sense of control
And your thoughts have taken their toll
When your mind breaks the spirit of your soul

Your faith walks on broken glass
    And the hangover doesn't pass
    Nothing's ever built to last
    You're in ruins

    One, 21 guns
Lay down your arms, give up the fight
    One, 21 guns
Throw up your arms into the sky, you and I

Did you try to live on your own
When you burned down the house and home?
Did you stand too close to the fire
Like a liar looking for forgiveness from a stone?

When it's time to live and let die
And you can't get another try
Something inside this heart has died
    You're in ruins

    One, 21 guns
Lay down your arms, give up the fight
    One, 21 guns
Throw up your arms into the sky

    One, 21 guns
Lay down your arms, give up the fight
    One, 21 guns
Throw up your arms into the sky, you and I

    ~the POWER of THINKING~

*everything is created twice-first mentally, then physically….
    *if u think u can, u can….and if u think u can’t, u’re right….
*every good thought, ur think is contributing its share to the ultimate result of ur life…
*happiness is not a possession to be prized..it’s a quality of thought, a state of mind…
*people become really quite remarkable when they start thinking that they can do things..when they believe in themselves, they have the first secret of success…
*in the province of mind, what ones believes to be true either is true or becomes true…

~thinking is a “present” from ALLAH to us to differentiate which is good and bad 4 our life….
~as a grateful human beings, we should thank to ALLAH and appreciate it…
~try to use it to the maxima…

    hola friends!!
    it'z story time again...

    The Snow Birds

It had snowed very hard. Ralph and Edward, who were visiting Grandma in the country, had to stay in the house all day.

When they went to bed it was still snowing, and every time they woke up during the night, they could hear the wind sighing and whistling around the house, and through he branches of the old pine tres.

But the next morning the sun was shining brightly. Such a glorious day! How the branches of the pine trees did sparkle.

"It looks as if they had been sprinkled with gold dust and diamonds," exclaimed Ralph.

"Oh Grandma! Please do hurry breakfast. We are going out to build a fort," cried the boys, bursting into the dining-room.

Grandma smiled and told them to eat a good breakfast, for building a fort was hard work.

They were soon out in the snow, and what a splendid time they did have.

The fort did not grow very fast, for they had to stop so often to snow-ball each other.

When Grandma called them in to dinner they wondered where the time had gone since breakfast.

After dinner, Ralph was looking out of the window, when he spied two little birds cuddled up on a branch of a pine tree.

"Oh, Edward! come here," he called. "See those poor little birds. They look half frozen and so hungry."

"Poor little things," replied Edward. "Doesn't it make you feel mean to think what a jolly time we had this morning out of the snow which has covered up the places where they get their food?"

"Let us get some food from Grandma and throw it out to them," said Ralph. "Perhaps they will find it."

The little birds were soon chirping and flying about merrily and Ralph said it sounded as if they kept saying, "thank you."

    -the end-

A Motivational Story with Wisdom -
    A Gift of Love

"Can I see my baby?" the happy new mother asked. When the bundle was nestled in her arms and she moved the fold of cloth to look upon his tiny face, she gasped. The doctor turned quickly and looked out the tall hospital window. The baby had been born without ears. Time proved that the baby's hearing was perfect. It was only his appearance that was marred.

When he rushed home from school one day and flung himself into his mother's arms, she sighed, knowing that his life was to be a succession of heartbreaks.

He blurted out the tragedy. "A boy, a big boy...called me a freak." He grew up, handsome for his misfortune. A favorite with his fellow students, he might have been class president, but for that. He developed a gift, a talent for literature and music. "But you might mingle with other young people," his mother reproved him, but felt a kindness in her heart.

The boy's father had a session with the family physician. Could nothing be done? "I believe I could graft on a pair of outer ears, if they could be procured" the doctor decided. So the search began for a person who would make such a sacrifice for a young man. Two years went by. Then, "You are going to the hospital, son. Mother and I have someone who will donate the ears you need. But it's a secret" said the father.

The operation was a brilliant success, and a new person emerged. His talents blossomed into genius, and school and college became a series of triumphs. Later he married and entered the diplomatic service. "But I must know!" He urged his father. "Who gave so much for me? I could never do enough for him."

"I do not believe you could," said the father, "but the agreement was that you are not to know...not yet." The years kept their profound secret, but the day did come . . . one of the darkest days that ever pass through a son. He stood with his father over his mother's casket. Slowly, tenderly, the father stretched forth a hand and raised the thick, reddish-brown hair to reveal that the mother had no outer ears.

"Mother said she was glad she never let her hair be cut," he whispered gently, "and nobody ever thought mother less beautiful, did they?"

Real beauty lies not in the physical appearance,
    but in the heart.
Real treasure lies not in what that can be seen,
but what that cannot be seen.

Real love lies not in what is done and known,
but in what that is done but not known.

    What are ghosts?

We have all been raised with ghosts in our lives. Cartoons, stories & Legends, Halloween, and deceased relatives that we wonder about. We all die so it's part of our heritage, no matter what culture that is. We know as far back as man has been writing symbols on walls that we've contemplated spirits from another realm.
Ghosts are more than deceased people. If they were just that, there would be nothing to talk about. Crossing over to the next dimension doesn't make you a ghost. Ịt's when you come back and let your presence be known among the living. They move an object, provide a fleeting glance, come to us in our dreams, and whisper to us though we may not be able to see them. They are souls that have something to show, do or say to us.
Why do they come back? What is so compelling to them that they are not in final rest where they are in the afterlife? I think there are many reasons. For some, it's unfinished business. For others, it's pure love. They simply don't want to let go. Something strong exists within them to want to come back to this realm to hold dear, expose or endure something strong to them. I think it applies to the living as well. Why do we cling to thoughts of those that have passed, even to those that are still living? I guarantee you it's for many of the same reasons they do. Just because we leave this dimension doesn't mean we stop being human in our thoughts and desires. What we are here is what we take with us. The same love, fear, and desires don't cease when we do.
I think ghosts are just those souls strong enough to break through the dimensions to express their will or cling to some past. There are several ways they can do this. One of the most common are those that have just recently crossed over. Their energy is still strong enough that it's possible for them to be seen and even communicated with just a few hours or days after their departure. One might call this their etheric presence. It fades shortly after the physical perishes but it too diminishes quickly, like an aura that no longer has a host.
Equal to the pull of love is anguish. More than not, a ghost is a person whose life ended abruptly and sometimes violently. This can be known as a haunting because they are haunted by a life now gone. The haunting is from their thoughts and their presence become testimony to that.
If you think about it, ghosts are just you and I. What will become of us when we move on? Will we come back? Will we want to? I guess we'll find out.

A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was watching for kids darting out from between parked cars and slowed down when he thought he saw something. As his car passed, no children appeared. Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag's side door! He slammed on the brakes and drove the Jag back to the spot where the brick had been thrown. The angry driver then jumped out of the car, grabbed the nearest kid and pushed him up against a parked car, shouting, "What was that all about and who are you?
Just what the heck are you doing?
That's a new car and that brick you threw is going to cost a lot of money.
    Why did you do it?"
The young boy was apologetic. "Please mister ... please, I'm sorry... I didn't know what else to do," he pleaded.
"I threw the brick because no one else would stop..."
With tears dripping down his face and off his chin, the youth pointed to a spot just around a parked car.
    "It's my brother," he said.
"He rolled off the curb and fell out of his wheelchair and I can't lift him up."

Now sobbing, the boy asked the stunned executive, "Would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair? He's hurt and he's too heavy for me."
Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lump in his throat. He hurriedly lifted the handicapped boy back into the wheelchair, then took out his fancy handkerchief and dabbed at the fresh scrapes and cuts. A quick look told him everything was going to be okay.

"Thank you and may God bless you," the grateful child told the stranger.
Too shook up for words, the man simply watched the little boy push his wheelchair-bound brother down the sidewalk toward their home. It was a long, slow walk back to the Jaguar. The damage was very noticeable, but the driver never bothered to repair the dented side door. He kept the dent there to remind him of this message: Don't go through life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get your attention!

    hye everyone.
for this part, id like to share with you my experience during camping at paloh hinai last week and my passion during my childhood. i was a lil bit shocked when i first saying that the camping was awesome. ive never said that before to any of camping that ive ever been. we reached ther at about 930am and there was some briefing. 1st we have to do is making raft. that was so tiring but when i get into the sg pahang, i felt soooo excited and forget all my tiredness. swimming is my passion. i love water since i was little. my home and golf club is just few meters away so like every weekends my ayah would take my siblings and i swimming. but when i grow up, theres some limitation when i have to cover my aurat. so whenever i got the chance to get into the water, ill grab it and enjoy it. fully enjoy it. the camping was really relaxing until i thought that i was like on vacation. except for the tent. i am like the most cowredest person on earth when it comes to darkness. i have to sleep in darkness which i hate the most and guess what. i could barely sleep. i was like so scared. luckily ZAIDAH was besides me and i was like waking her up like every hour hahaha. the best part is, she never complain. i was like holding her hand throughout the night but still the nervous is still there. but i feel a lil bit secure. thank u zaidah for being such a good friend. the next day, we walk to the mosque at about 530am and again, darkness haha. but i was relly mersmerized with the sky during that time. the stars were like trillions. they were just like sprinkles and goldust which i NEVER seen before. then we went jogging and at 9am, we get into the water again!! i love that!! here 3 person were given a bamboo and we will be like stranded to our camping site. i love this part so much. i was with zaidah and farah. we enjoy our time in the water so much.

the conclusion here, the camping makes me know my friends better and i had such a great time with them. thank u zaidah dayana farah ain jhia fira fajar misa zakir razi and awe.

    love, sarah..

    Salam and good morning everyone...

When we really hate someone, what should we do?
This question always in my mind so, one day I asked this to someone. This is his answer :

" When I hate someone I pray for his/her success. The more I hate his/her, the more prayer I'll give to them. After I repeat this a few times, all the hate feelings gone. But remeber, we must be sincere or else the hate feeling will increase in our heart. We just need to realize that, when we hate people..there must be someone that hate us too.Allah just allowed us to hate something that illegal in Islam...but for human being..we just need to love them. This will make this world in peace...that's what I do wheb I hate someone "

From that day, the question not in my mind anymore and that is what I do when I hate someone. Give a try the you know..okay?

" We should know how to loved to be loved "

Hmm.. I was lying down on my bed try to sleep.. After about a few times rolling here and there on my mattress, I looked at wall clock, and it was already 3 am. Goshh.. I couldn't sleep. Hmm.. i got to wake me up for class in about 2 hour time. So no point trying to sleep when I couldn't even stop my mind from wandering around.. So I get up, went to toilet and wash my face. dont know what to do. I felt so sleepy but yet I couldn't sleep.
My eyes hurt. And I got a bad throbbing headache. Hmm.. I think too much. Sometimes I hate myself for thinking too much that it hurts. But I dunno whether the pain in my head was because I didn't sleep the whole night or was it because I think too much? Whatever.

The weird thing is..I don't even know what did I think!! Because there were a lot of things on my mind that it kinda like bercampur aduk until I dont know what the real and main subject was!

Hmm..part of it was about my future. What do I want to do in this life. when the holiday? And part of it was about acquiring new bags? haha. And I thought on changing the layout of my blog.. Or maybe change the title or url... And also, I want my money grow on trees. haha~
Oh, and..I can't stop thinking about final exam! Heesh. And where to lunch? what i wanna eat? And so many other things that it hurts so much! owh, headache!!
STOP IT!!! go to bed, and continue sleep..

    Headache + Can't sleep.

  18. I Am My Sunshine.

A very old song tells us that “you are my sunshine.” It’s alright to believe that someone brings sunshine into your life. That someone might have enough to spread around. But, if you really have to wait for someone else to be your sunshine, your good feelings, then you might be in for a wait of some duration.

Now is the time to be of good cheer, this very moment. Don’t wait for that other someone to determine your mood. You have total control of your own disposition. You have the choice. There is no other way.

Your present moment of good cheer will carry you to the next, and you will be in control of that moment also. You are worth having good. Go for it!

It was only a sunny smile,
and little it cost in the giving.
But like morning light, it scattered the night,
and made the day worth living.

like a train is a train,
    a cat is a cat,
    or pleasure is pain.

    A rose is a rose
like the truth is a lie
    what is wrong is right
    there are reasons why

    5 interview tips

    1. Enter into a state of relaxed concentration. This is the state from which great basketball players or Olympic skaters operate. You'll need to quiet the negative self chatter in your head through meditation or visualization prior to sitting down in the meeting. You'll focus on the present moment and will be less apt to experience lapses in concentration, nervousness, self-doubt and self-condemnation.
    2. Act spontaneous, but be well prepared. Be your authentic self, professional yet real. Engage in true conversation with your interviewer, resting on the preparation you did prior to coming to the meeting. Conduct several trial runs with another person simulating the interview before it actually occurs. It's the same as anticipating the questions you'll be asked on a final exam.
    3. Set goals for the interview. It is your job to leave the meeting feeling secure that the interviewer knows as much as he or she possibly can about your skills, abilities, experience and achievements. If you sense there are misconceptions, clear them up before leaving. If the interviewer doesn't get around to asking you important questions, pose them yourself (diplomatically) and answer them. Don't leave the meeting without getting your own questions answered so that you have a clear idea of what you would be getting yourself into. If possible, try to get further interviews, especially with other key players.
    4. Know the question behind the question. Ultimately, every question boils down to, "Why should we hire you?" Be sure you answer that completely. If there is a question about your meeting deadlines, consider whether the interviewer is probing delicately about your personal life, careful not to ask you whether your family responsibilities will interfere with your work. Find away to address fears if you sense they are present.
    5. Follow up with an effective "thank you" letter. Don't write this letter lightly. It is another opportunity to market yourself. Find some areas discussed in the meeting and expand upon them in your letter. Writing a letter after a meeting is a very minimum. Standing out among the other candidates will occur if you thoughtfully consider this follow up letter as an additional interview in which you get to do all the talking. Propose useful ideas that demonstrate your added value to the team.

    Tornado...

A tornado is a violent, rotating column of air which is in contact with both the surface of the earth and a cumulonimbus cloud or, in rare cases, the base of a cumulus cloud. Tornadoes come in many sizes but are typically in the form of a visible condensation funnel, whose narrow end touches the earth and is often encircled by a cloud of debris.

Most tornadoes have wind speeds between 40 mph (64 km/h) and 110 mph (177 km/h), are approximately 250 feet (75 m) across, and travel a few miles (several kilometers) before dissipating. Some attain wind speeds of more than 300 mph (480 km/h), stretch more than a mile (1.6 km) across, and stay on the ground for dozens of miles (more than 100 km).

Although tornadoes have been observed on every continent except Antarctica, most occur in the United States.
