Whether bad things or good things happen to us, must let it bygone be bygone and made it as a lesson in our life. To me, a lot things happen. Almost of them a bad things to me. Through this blog I'm not telling I'm a good person but I'm try to be frank. I'm not as good in the outside look. I'm quiet doesn't mean I'm are good person. If someday I do a bad things, I hope all of you can forgive me. Sometimes, humanbeings doesn't know he or she doing wrong.

  2. Malaysia (pronounced /məˈleɪʒə/ or /məˈleɪziə/) is a country in Southeast Asia that consists of thirteen states and three Federal Territories, with a total landmass of 329,847 square kilometres (127,355 sq mi).[5][6] The capital city is Kuala Lumpur, while Putrajaya is the seat of the federal government. The population stands at over 27 million.[6] The country is separated into two regions — Peninsular Malaysia and Malaysian Borneo — by the South China Sea.[6] Malaysia borders Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei.[6] The country is located near the equator and experiences a tropical climate.[6] Malaysia's head of state is the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (a term that is similar to King), an elected monarch,[7] and the government is headed by a Prime Minister.[8][9] The government is closely modeled after the Westminster parliamentary system.[10]

Malaysia as a unified state did not exist until 1963. Previously, the United Kingdom had established influence in colonies in the territory from the late-18th century. The western half of modern Malaysia was composed of several separate kingdoms. This group of colonies was known as British Malaya until its dissolution in 1946, when it was reorganized as the Malayan Union. Due to widespread opposition, it was reorganized again as the Federation of Malaya in 1948 and later gained independence on 31 August 1957.[11] Singapore, Sarawak, British North Borneo and the Federation of Malaya joined to form Malaysia on 16 September 1963.[12] Tensions in the early years of the new union sparked an armed conflict with Indonesia, and the expulsion of Singapore on 9 August 1965.[13][14]

During the late-20th century, the Southeast Asian nation experienced an economic boom and underwent rapid development. Economic growth during the 1980s and 1990s, averaging 8% from 1991 to 1997, has transformed Malaysia into a newly industrialised country.[15][16] Because Malaysia is one of three countries that control the Strait of Malacca, international trade is integral to its economy.[17] At one time, it was the largest producer of tin, rubber and palm oil in the world.[18] Manufacturing makes up a major sector of the country's economy.[19] Malaysia has a biodiverse range of flora and fauna, and is also considered one of the 18 megadiverse countries.[20]

Malays form the majority of the population of Malaysia. There are sizable ethnic Chinese and Indian communities as well.[21] The Malay language[22] and Islam are the official language and religion of the federation respectively.[6][23]

Malaysia is a founding member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and participates in many international organisations such as the United Nations.[24][25] As a former British colony, it is also a member of the Commonwealth of Nations.[26] It is a member of the Developing 8 Countries

  4. Merdeka is a word in the Malay language meaning independence. It is derived from a Sanskrit word used to designate former Portuguese and Dutch slaves from India in the East Indies, whence the Malay meaning of "free(dom)" is derived.
The term was significant during the anticolonialist and pro-independence movements of the colonies of Malaya, Singapore and Indonesia, in the history of Malaysia, the history of Singapore and in the history of Indonesia. It became a battle-cry for those demanding independence from the colonial administrations of the United Kingdom and Netherlands.MH09107....

  6. The healthiest way to lose weight is neither through crash diets nor bursts of exercise. The body prefers slow changes in terms of food and exercise. For example , someone who has not exercised for years should not rush into running miles a day or pounding the treadmill. Not only will the struggle leave you feeling disheartened and demotivated , you are also far more likely to injure yourself and set your fitness levels back further. The same applies to people who suddenly start starving themselves. Diets that severely restrict calories can lead you to be deficient in the nutrients and vitamins that your body needs.

  7. Kaizen, a Japanese term that basically translates to 'continuous improvement' or 'change to become good', is a management concept originated by the Japanese in order to continuously effect incremental changes for the better, involving everybody within the organization from workers to managers. Kaizen is aimed at producing more and more value with less and less wastes (higher efficiency), attaining better working environment, and developing stable processes by standardization.

This never-ending process of achieving small improvements within the company everyday is in contrast to trying to achieve breakthrough results from a large improvement once in a while. Kaizen as a management technique is therefore more suitable for organizations with a collective culture that is trying to achieve long-term gains from a continuous supply of small and less radical contributions from its employees.

In order to release our tension and pressure, everyone of us must have a hobby. Most of us have their own hobby and my hobby is hiking. I choose hiking as my favourite hobby is because hiking can help me to release my tension and pressure. When I'm hike in the mountain I will feel quite tired during the first stage but I remind myself that I should continue to hike this mountain in order to reach to the top of the mountain. Hence, this will help me to build my determination to be strong and I can learn to not be giving up so fast. When finally I climb up the mountain, I can feel that I'm the top of the world and I can also shout a loud to release my tension and pressure. Hence, hiking is my favourite hobby which can help me release my tension and pressure.
